Maya Rieselbach is a Clinical Research Assistant in the NLAMH. She graduated from Bowdoin College in 2015 with a B.A. in Neuroscience and an Education minor. She also spends time conducting research at McLean’s Adolescent Residential Treatment Program.
Maya is interested in the development and treatment of co-occurring substance use and psychiatric disorders in adolescents, and the relationship between emotion regulation, impulsivity, and internalizing and externalizing psychopathology. She plans to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and eventually hopes to conduct her own research while mentoring and instructing others, as she has been fortunate to experience at McLean.
